The short version
wannago helps two people find a time and a place to meet in person. Use it honestly, do not abuse it, and keep in mind that we suggest places but cannot promise anything about them. By using wannago you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Who runs wannago
wannago (wannago.io) is operated by Darrian Mikell, an individual in the United States. Contact: privacy@wannago.io.
Plans and payment
wannago offers a free plan and may offer paid plans or features. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan. We will tell you before we change what the free plan includes.
If you choose a paid plan:
- The price, what is included, how often you are billed, and the refund terms are shown to you before you pay. If a plan renews automatically, we will say so clearly at purchase.
- You can cancel at any time. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are as stated at purchase, or as the law requires.
- We may change prices for future periods, and will tell you in advance. Taxes are added where required.
- Payments are handled by a payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.
- If a payment fails, we may move your account to the free plan.
Who can use wannago
You must be at least 18 to use wannago, as a host or as a guest, and able to agree to these terms. Meeting people in person is for adults.
Hosts
- You sign in with Google and allow wannago to read when you are busy and to create and change the events it books on your calendar.
- You are responsible for your account, for the hours and limits you set, and for showing up to meetings you accept.
- You can stop wannago's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or ask us to delete your account.
- You receive your guests' names and email addresses. Use them only to arrange and keep the meeting, and handle them as the law requires.
Guests
- Give your real name and an email address you can read. The calendar invitation and the links to cancel or reschedule go there.
- Keep your cancel and reschedule links private. Anyone who has them can change the booking.
What you agree not to do
- Use wannago to harass, spam, impersonate, or send unwanted invitations to anyone.
- Book on behalf of someone else's email address without their permission.
- Probe, scrape, overload, or try to get around the limits or security of wannago.
- Use wannago for anything unlawful.
We may limit or block access, or remove an account or booking, if we think these rules are being broken.
Staying safe
When you meet someone for the first time, meet somewhere public, let a friend know where you are going, and trust your instincts. If a meeting does not feel right, you can cancel it from the link in your invitation.
Places and travel times are suggestions
Places, photos, ratings, opening hours and drive times come from Google. They can be wrong or out of date, and drive times are estimates. Check a place before you travel, and use your own judgment about where you meet someone. wannago does not vet the places, the hosts, or the guests, and is not responsible for what happens at or on the way to a meeting.
Who owns what
wannago, including its software, design and name, belongs to its operator, and you may not copy or reverse engineer it. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use wannago as these terms allow. Your information stays yours, and we use it only to run the service as described in the privacy policy. Links to other sites, including Google Maps and the websites of places, are for convenience, and we are not responsible for them.
Google Maps
wannago uses Google Maps Platform. By using the map, address suggestions and place information in wannago, you also agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
No guarantees
wannago is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it reliable and to avoid double bookings, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every booking will be made, shown, or delivered. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, or for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100.
Changes and ending
We may change wannago or these terms. We will update the date above, and tell hosts if a change is significant. Using wannago after a change means you accept it. You can stop using wannago at any time, and we may suspend or end the service or an account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
The rest
These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and wannago. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a term is not giving it up. We may transfer our rights under these terms, for example in a merger or a sale of wannago. You may not transfer yours without our consent.
